Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy I strive to accommodate my clients to the best of my ability. All of my appointment confirmations are sent via text or email. Please honor your appointment. I reserve this time just for you please notify me within 24 hours prior to your appointment if you need to reschedule or cancel to avoid a $50 cancellation fee. Canceling with less than 24 hour notice will be required to pay a $50 cancellation fee in order to book in the future. No Call No Show will not be tolerated. LaLa & Co Lashes reserves the right to refuse service due to lack of communication. Cancellations must be made and confirmed via telephone or text. You will be allowed to reschedule your appointment one time with the same deposit if cancelling prior to 24 hours before original appointment. If you need to reschedule for second additional time you will need to submit another deposit. Prior to your appointment: ● No Children or guests are allowed. If you show up with kids/guests your appointment will need to be rescheduled and will have to pay the $50 cancellation fee in order to book. ● Foreign fills from another lash artist. If you have lash extensions from another lash tech, please book a removal and a brand new full set to ensure your lashes look their best. ● Please make sure you come to your appointment with a clean face and remove all makeup (especially water proof mascara). Removing mascara can be very time consuming and any residual makeup will prevent proper application of the extensions. Use a mild, oil-free cleanser. Do not use oil-based makeup removers. ● Come on time to your appointment. No more than 10 minutes late without contacting me or your appointment will be cancelled. Communication is key! ● Avoid Caffeine until after lash appointment. ● Dress Comfortably. ● Place phone on silent. Opening eyes can cause chemical burn. ● Bring headphones if you wish to listen to your own music, podcast, book etc. ● Avoid using any retinols, AHA and/or BHA products for 3-4 days prior to any brow service.
